What is InviteStorm Bot?

InviteStorm Bot is an automated referral competition platform for Telegram groups. It helps communities grow by running competitions where users invite friends and compete for crypto prizes.

Is it free to use?

Yes! Basic competitions are free for all groups. Premium features (like auto-pay) require Premium Group status.

Do users need to pay anything?

No, participation is completely free for users. Only group owners pay for Premium features if they choose to upgrade.

Which groups can use this bot?

Any Telegram group or supergroup can use InviteStorm Bot. Both public and private groups are supported.

Competition Questions

How long can competitions run?

• Standard Groups: 1-7 days maximum

• Premium Groups: 1-30 days maximum

Can I run multiple competitions simultaneously?

One competition per group at a time. However, you can have competitions in multiple different groups simultaneously.

Can I end a competition early?

Yes, admins can use /end_competition command to end competitions before the scheduled time.

What happens if no one participates?

The competition still ends at the scheduled time. If using auto-pay, you can contact support about refund options for unused prize pools.

Can I change settings during a competition?

Some settings can be changed (like prize description), but critical settings (scoring, auto-pay token) are locked once competition starts.

Auto-Pay Questions

What is auto-pay?

Auto-pay automatically sends cryptocurrency payments to competition winners when the competition ends - no manual transactions needed.

How much does auto-pay cost?

• Service Fee: 5% of prize pool

• Network Fees: Varies by blockchain (~$0.001 on Solana, ~$0.30 on BSC)

• Minimum Prize Pool: $50 USD

• Maximum Prize Pool: $100,000 USD

Which cryptocurrencies are supported?

• USDT (BEP-20 on BSC)

• BNB (BEP-20 on BSC)

• SOL (Solana)

• USDC (Solana)

• USDT (Solana)

Is my deposit safe?

Yes, deposits are held securely by our payment processor (NowPayments). Funds are only released to winners automatically when competition ends.

What if I deposit but need a refund?

Contact support immediately if you need to cancel. Refunds possible before competition starts, minus processing fees.

Can winners receive different tokens?

No, all winners receive the same token you deposited. No cross-currency conversions.

How long until winners receive payment?

Usually 1-5 minutes after competition ends. Instant for most tokens.

What if a winner has invalid wallet?

Other winners still get paid. The invalid winner's amount is withheld and reported to the admin.

User Participation Questions

How do users get referral links?

Click "Get My Referral Link" button in the competition message, or use /create_referral_link command privately with the bot.

Do referral links expire?

Links expire when the competition ends. Each competition has unique links.

Can I use the same link for multiple people?

Yes! Share your unique link with as many people as you want. You get points for each person who joins via your link.

What if my referral link doesn't work?

Generate a new one with /create_referral_link command. If problem persists, contact admin.

Can I see who I referred?

No, referrals are anonymous for privacy. You can only see your total referral count and points.

Do I need a wallet to participate?

• Auto-Pay Groups: Yes, required before getting referral link

• Standard Groups: No, wallet not needed

Can I change my wallet address?

Yes, use /profile → "Set Up Wallet" → select chain → enter new address.

What if I don't have a crypto wallet?

Create one for free:

• Solana: Download Phantom wallet

• BSC: Download MetaMask

Takes 2-3 minutes.

Scoring Questions

How are points calculated?

Points are awarded when someone:

1. Clicks your referral link

2. Joins the group

3. Completes verification (captcha or instant for Premium)

What's the difference between regular and Premium scoring?

Default scoring:

• Regular user: 1 point

• Telegram Premium user: 3 points

Admins can customize these values in /settings.

Why do Premium users get more points?

Premium users provide better value - they skip captcha, have higher engagement, and are more likely to be real users.

Can scoring change mid-competition?

No, scoring is locked when competition starts to keep it fair.

Captcha & Verification Questions

Why do I need to verify with a wallet?

Wallet verification proves you're a real person with a crypto wallet, not a bot. It keeps the group spam-free.

Does wallet verification cost anything?

No, signing the verification message is completely free. No gas fees, no blockchain transaction.

Can bots bypass wallet verification?

Extremely difficult. Bots would need real crypto wallets and ability to sign messages - not practical for spam.

I'm Telegram Premium, do I still need captcha?

No! Premium users skip captcha entirely if "Premium Fast-Pass" is enabled (default).

What if verification page doesn't load?

• Try different browser

• Disable ad blockers

• Check internet connection

• Contact support if issue persists

Is my wallet information private?

Yes, wallet addresses are used only for verification (and payouts in auto-pay groups). Not shared publicly.

Premium Features Questions

What is a Premium Group?

Premium Groups have access to advanced features like auto-pay, custom branding, extended competition duration, and priority support.

How much does Premium Group cost?

Contact sales for pricing. We offer monthly, annual, and enterprise plans.

Can I try Premium before paying?

Contact us for demo or trial period availability.

What's the difference between Premium Group and Telegram Premium?

• Premium Group: Upgraded group status (you pay)

• Telegram Premium: Personal Telegram subscription (users pay $4.99/month)

They're separate but both provide benefits in InviteStorm Bot.

Do users need Premium to participate in Premium Groups?

No, all users can participate. Having Telegram Premium just gives them bonus features (skip captcha, more points).

Which blockchains do you support?

Troubleshooting Questions

Bot not responding to commands

Solutions:

1. Check bot has admin permissions

2. Try removing and re-adding bot

3. Restart Telegram

4. Contact support if persists

Competition won't start

Common causes:

• Another competition is active

• Bot missing admin permissions

• Auto-pay payment not confirmed

Users can't get referral links

For auto-pay groups:

• Users must set up wallet first

• Use /profile → "Set Up Wallet"

For all groups:

• Competition must be active

• User must be in group

Payment not confirming

Check:

• Sent exact amount shown

• Used correct network (BSC vs Solana)

• Sent correct token

• Transaction confirmed on blockchain

Wait 5-10 minutes. If still not confirmed, contact support with payment ID.

Leaderboard not updating

Leaderboards update every minute. If stuck:

1. Wait 2-3 minutes

2. Check with /leaderboard command

3. Contact support if frozen

Security Questions

Is it safe to connect my wallet?

Yes, signing messages cannot move funds or grant permissions. Completely safe.

Do you store private keys?

No, we never ask for or store private keys. Only wallet addresses.

What if I lose my wallet?

Set up a new wallet, update address in /profile. Doesn't affect past competitions.

Can admins see user wallet addresses?

Admins can see which users have wallets set up, but not the actual addresses (unless user wins and address is needed for payout).

What happens to my data if I leave?

Your competition history remains for record-keeping. Request deletion by contacting support.

Is payment processing secure?

Yes, we use NowPayments, a trusted crypto payment processor with millions in volume.
